JC-PPP: Joint Cyberdefence Public-Private Partnership

A model for national public-private cyber-defence across critical sectors and a national authority. It delivers a Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC) as the standing coordination body.

CiviShield (LCRF): Local Cyber Resilience Framework

The same approach applied at local and municipal level, sized to the capacity and mandate of regional and city administrations.

JCRX: Joint Cyber Resilience Exercise

Cyber crisis exercises for national authorities, IGOs, and donor programmes: scenario design, delivery, and evaluation for leadership-level readiness.

How CRRA Works

Jurisdiction-neutral and mandate-driven: a delivery vehicle for obligations bodies already carry, not a competing standard. Engagements are modular and phased, starting from a low-cost core and growing only as need justifies.
